⑴通过观察BUN、SCr、尿蛋白、血红蛋白、血清白蛋白、CO2CP、电解质、Ccr、血清胱抑素C变化及SF-36量表，评价治疗慢性肾脏病4期，降低尿毒素，延缓疾病进展的作用。 ⑵ 进一步评价益肾清毒颗粒对脾肾阳虚、瘀浊互结证的改善作用； ⑶进一步评价慢性肾脏病患者使用益肾清毒颗粒的安全性。

⑴Evaluate the effect of treating chronic kidney disease stage 4, reducing urea toxins, and delaying disease progression by observing changes in BUN, SCr, urine protein, hemoglobin, serum albumin, CO2CP, electrolytes, Ccr, serum cystatin C, and SF-36 scale. ⑵Further evaluate the effect of Yishen Qingdu Granules on improving spleen-kidney yang deficiency and stasis syndrome; ⑶Further evaluate the safety of Yishen Qingdu Granules in patients with chronic kidney disease.
