Single-dose tolerability and preliminary PK-PD study of HY-021068 tablets in healthy volunteers

Primary objective: To evaluate the tolerability and safety of HY-021068 tablets after a single oral administration of different doses in healthy Chinese subjects. Secondary objective: To evaluate the pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic characteristics of HY-021068 tablets in humans after a single oral administration of different doses in healthy subjects.
