Eleanor Health, an outpatient provider specializing in
addiction treatment, has recently initiated a referral collaboration with
Thriveworks, a prominent mental health service provider. This partnership aims to enhance the accessibility and quality of care for individuals dealing with
substance use disorders (SUD) and other mental health issues.
With this new collaboration, members of Thriveworks in Louisiana, Massachusetts, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Texas, and Washington will gain access to Eleanor Health’s specialized services for
substance use disorders. Conversely, individuals within the Eleanor Health community will benefit from Thriveworks' wide array of specialized therapy services, including couples and family counseling. Both organizations offer their comprehensive care services through virtual and in-person formats.
William McKinney, CEO of Eleanor Health, highlighted the significant challenges people face in accessing addiction treatment, emphasizing the need for evidence-based care that supports long-term recovery. “We are excited to partner with Thriveworks, an organization that aligns with our mission to provide high-quality treatment. This partnership will significantly aid individuals struggling with addiction and mental health issues in leading fulfilling lives,” McKinney stated.
Eleanor Health provides a holistic treatment approach for individuals affected by addiction and co-occurring mental and physical health conditions. Their care model includes Medications for Addiction Treatment (MAT) such as
Suboxone (
buprenorphine and
naloxone) and
Vivitrol (naltrexone), along with psychiatry, therapy, peer recovery coaching, nurse care management, and health advocacy and care coordination. These services are accessible both online and in-person at various Eleanor Health clinics.
