(Nasdaq: LUCD) ("Lucid" or the "Company"), a commercial-stage, cancer prevention medical diagnostics company, and subsidiary of PAVmed Inc. (Nasdaq: PAVM), today announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 12,500,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $1.20 per share. In addition, the Company has granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,875,000 shares of common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The gross proceeds from the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other estimated offering expenses, are expected to be approximately $15 million, excluding any proceeds from the exercise of the underwriters' option to purchase additional shares. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for working capital and general corporate purposes. The preliminary total of 4,042 tests, the highest quarterly test volume in the Company's history, represents a sequential increase of 45 percent from the third quarter 2024 and an annual increase of 84 percent from the fourth quarter of 2023, demonstrating continued growing demand for EsoGuard esophageal precancer testing.
