Human Antithrombin III(Shandong Taibang Biological Products)

1) To evaluate the pharmacokinetic (PK) characteristics of human antithrombin III in patients with congenital antithrombin III deficiency through a single-dose PK study, and to observe the recovery and half-life of human antithrombin III in vivo; 2) To observe the efficacy and safety of human antithrombin III in the treatment of patients with congenital deficiency.
