Semaglutide Biosimilar (Taiji Group Chongqing Fuling)

Primary Objective: This trial used semaglutide injection (1.34 mg/ml, 1.5 ml, prefilled pen) provided by Chongqing Fuling Pharmaceutical Factory Co., Ltd., Taiji Group, as the test formulation and Ozempic® (1.34 mg/ml, 1.5 ml, prefilled pen) produced by Novo Nordisk A/S, Denmark, as the reference formulation. This trial used a single-center, randomized, open-label, two-dose, single-dose, parallel design to evaluate the pharmacokinetic similarity of the test and reference formulations after a single subcutaneous injection in healthy Chinese adults. Secondary Objective: To observe the safety and immunogenicity of the test and reference formulations in healthy Chinese adults.
