评价重组呼吸道合胞病毒疫苗（CHO细胞）在单剂接种后，预防60周岁及以上人群中经逆转录-聚合酶链式反应（RT-PCR）确认因呼吸道合胞病毒亚型A（RSV-A）和/或亚型B（RSV-B）感染引起的下呼吸道疾病（LRTD）的有效性。同时，评价疫苗接种的安全性和免疫原性。

[Translation]

To evaluate the effectiveness of a recombinant respiratory syncytial virus vaccine (CHO cells) in preventing lower respiratory tract disease (LRTD) caused by respiratory syncytial virus subtype A (RSV-A) and/or subtype B (RSV-B) infection, as confirmed by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), in people aged 60 years and older after a single dose. The safety and immunogenicity of the vaccine were also evaluated.
