Main purpose: To evaluate the early bactericidal activity of JDB0131 benzenesulfonate tablets in patients with drug-sensitive pulmonary tuberculosis; to explore the optimal effective dose and provide a basis for Phase IIb clinical trials. Secondary objectives: 1. To evaluate the safety and tolerability of JDB0131 benzenesulfonate tablets in patients with drug-sensitive pulmonary tuberculosis after multiple administrations; 2. To evaluate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of JDB0131 benzenesulfonate tablets in patients with drug-sensitive pulmonary tuberculosis after multiple administrations.

Primary objective: To evaluate the safety and tolerability of single and multiple oral administration of WXWH0131 tablets in healthy Chinese adult subjects under fasting conditions. Secondary objectives: 1. To evaluate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of single and multiple oral administration of WXWH0131 tablets in healthy Chinese adult subjects under fasting conditions. 2. To evaluate the effect of food intake on the pharmacokinetics of single oral administration of WXWH0131 tablets in healthy Chinese adult subjects.
