Clinical Trials associated with E-CEL UVECAn Open-Label, Single-Center, Investigator Initiated Phase 1B Trial of E-CEL UVEC Cell Therapy for the Treatment of Chronic Anal Fissure
This clinical trial is being conducted by investigators who are colorectal surgeons. Eligible study participants will receive the experimental treatment E-CEL UVEC cells by direct injection into the anal fissure. The study is being conducted to determine if E-CEL UVEC cell injections will be safe and would have any effects on healing of the anal fissure.
An Open-Label, Single-Center, Investigator Initiated Phase 1B Trial of E-CEL UVEC as an Adjunct Cell Therapy for Treatment of Anal Fistulas
The purpose of this study is to determine if endothelial cells derived from human umbilical vein are safe for use in conjunction with fistulotomy for the treatment of simple anal fistulas. Endothelial cells are a special kind of cell in the body that line the inside surface of blood vessels. The goal of the study is to evaluate the preliminary safety of human umbilical vein cells in anal fistula healing.
A Phase 1 Open-Label, Single-Center Investigator Initiated Trial (IIT) of E-CEL UVEC Cells as an Adjunct Cell Therapy for the Arthroscopic Rotator Cuff Repair in Adults
This is a phase 1b investigator-initiated clinical trial that will evaluate the safety and feasibility of E-CEL UVEC® cells with the aim of improving outcomes for patients with full-thickness rotator cuff tears who undergo arthroscopic surgical repair.
Allogeneic E-CEL UVEC cells will be delivered to the tendon repair site and to the muscle adjacent to the tendon repair site.
