Gezha Luoshu Gelatum

By observing the neurological symptom and sign score (TCSS) before and after treatment; the daily pain evaluation (VAS score); the 10-gram single nylon silk foot examination; and the changes in TCM syndromes, the clinical efficacy of Gazhaluoshu gel in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy and diabetic painful neuropathy with vascular obstruction was preliminarily evaluated. By observing the routine blood, urine, and stool tests, electrocardiograms, liver and kidney functions, local skin irritation reactions, and adverse events before and after treatment, a preliminary evaluation of its safety was made.
