YZJ-1495

1. To evaluate the tolerability and safety of single-dose escalating fasting doses of YZJ-1495 hydrochloride capsules in healthy subjects; 2. To evaluate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of YZJ-1495 and its metabolites in healthy subjects after single-dose escalating fasting doses of YZJ-1495 hydrochloride capsules; 3. To evaluate the effect of food on the pharmacokinetics of YZJ-1495 and its metabolites after healthy subjects took YZJ-1495 hydrochloride capsules; 4. To evaluate the effect of food on the safety of healthy subjects after taking YZJ-1495 hydrochloride capsules; 5. To investigate the cumulative excretion rate of YZJ-1495 and its metabolites in urine and feces after single-dose fasting oral administration of YZJ-1495 hydrochloride capsules in healthy subjects; 6. To investigate the relationship between drug concentration and QT interval (C-QT) and the effect on the QT interval of electrocardiogram after single-dose escalating fasting doses of YZJ-1495 hydrochloride capsules in healthy subjects.
