(1) Primary objective: To evaluate the safety and tolerability of intravenous infusion of E10I in patients with type 2 diabetes and to determine the safety range of clinical medication. (2) Secondary objective: To evaluate the preliminary efficacy of intravenous infusion of E10I in patients with type 2 diabetes. (3) Exploratory objective: To explore the pharmacokinetic (PK) characteristics of intravenous infusion of E10I in selected female patients.
