本试验的主要目的是以改善脑梗死后的参与水平（残障）为治疗目标，采用安慰剂对照，初步探索活络通脑片治疗脑梗死（中风恢复期.瘀血阻络证）的有效性和安全性，次要目的是评价活络通脑片在提高脑梗死后日常生活活动能力、功能水平及中医证候方面的有效性。

The primary purpose of this trial is to improve the level of participation (disability) after cerebral infarction as the treatment goal, using a placebo control, to preliminarily explore the effectiveness and safety of Huoluotongnao tablets in the treatment of cerebral infarction (stroke recovery period, blood stasis and obstruction syndrome). The secondary purpose is to evaluate the effectiveness of Huoluotongnao tablets in improving daily living activities, functional levels and traditional Chinese medicine symptoms after cerebral infarction.
