Insulin aspart(Jilin Jinsheng Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd.)

Primary objective: To compare the bioequivalence of the pharmacokinetics of single-dose subcutaneous injection of insulin aspart injection developed by Jilin Jinsheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and NovoRapid® in healthy male subjects using the euglycemic clamp technique; Secondary objective: To evaluate the safety of insulin aspart injection in healthy subjects.

Primary objective: To compare the effectiveness of insulin aspart 30 injection and NovoRapid® 30 combined with metformin, in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes whose blood sugar is poorly controlled by oral hypoglycemic drugs (OADs); Secondary objective: To compare the safety of insulin aspart 30 injection and NovoRapid® 30 combined with metformin, in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes whose blood sugar is poorly controlled by oral hypoglycemic drugs (OADs).
