The primary objective was to observe the in vivo kinetics of the active ingredients of the test preparation BCM899 and the reference preparation after a single oral administration in healthy Chinese subjects, estimate the corresponding pharmacokinetic parameters, and conduct a bioequivalence evaluation using the original drug marketed in China as the reference preparation. The secondary objective was to observe the safety of the test preparation BCM899 and the reference preparation in healthy Chinese subjects.
