主要目的：（1）初步评价康心宁颗粒减少心绞痛的发作频率和程度的有效性。（2）初步评价康心宁颗粒改善中医证候的有效性。（3）初步评价康心宁颗粒治疗冠心病心绞痛(气虚血瘀证)的安全性。次要目的：观察康心宁颗粒对冠心病心绞痛患者生活质量的影响。

Primary objectives: (1) To preliminarily evaluate the effectiveness of Kangxinning Granules in reducing the frequency and severity of angina pectoris. (2) To preliminarily evaluate the effectiveness of Kangxinning Granules in improving TCM syndromes. (3) To preliminarily evaluate the safety of Kangxinning Granules in treating angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease (Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome). Secondary objectives: To observe the effect of Kangxinning Granules on the quality of life of patients with angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease.
