Ambroxol Hydrochloride/Salbutamol sulfate

In this study, ambroxol and salbutamol tablets were used as the reference preparation. The concentrations of ambroxol and salbutamol in the plasma of healthy Chinese adult volunteers after a single oral administration of the test preparation and the reference preparation were detected by LC-MS/MS. The pharmacokinetic characteristics of the test preparation and the reference preparation were compared, the bioavailability of the test preparation was calculated, and the bioequivalence of the two preparations was evaluated.

The pharmacokinetic characteristics of compound preparations, single preparations and single combination preparations in healthy humans were compared, and the pharmacokinetic behavior of ambroxol salbutamol tablets in humans after single and multiple administrations was studied to evaluate whether the drug accumulates in the body after multiple administrations; the interactions between drugs were evaluated to provide a basis for providing safe and reasonable dosing regimens for subsequent clinical trials.
