Zhenjiang Cataplasm

Using healthy Chinese adult subjects as research subjects, a human tolerance trial of topical administration of Zhenjiang Babu Paste was conducted. Starting from a safe initial dose, the tolerance of the human body to Zhenjiang Babu Paste and the adverse reactions it produced were observed, and a safe and tolerable human dose was determined. The adverse reactions at this dose were understood, and a safe dosage range and design basis were provided for the formulation of the dosing regimen for the Phase II clinical trial of Zhenjiang Babu Paste.
