Recombinant human thrombopoietin mimetics(Shandong Quangang Pharmaceutical Co Ltd)

Primary objective: To evaluate the safety and tolerability of thrombopoietin mimetic for injection in adult patients with persistent or chronic primary immune thrombocytopenia. Secondary objectives: (1) To evaluate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of thrombopoietin mimetic after single and multiple administration in patients; (2) To determine the safe dose that can increase the platelet count to the target range (2-fold or more increase from baseline and within 50-200×109/L); (3) To explore the safety and efficacy of long-term administration.
