[Translation]

Primary objective: To evaluate the safety and tolerability of single and multiple inhalations of GRA2405 inhaled powder in healthy participants; and to evaluate the safety and tolerability of multiple inhalations of GRA2405 inhaled powder in participants with COPD. Secondary objective: To evaluate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of GRA2405 inhaled powder in healthy participants; and to evaluate the pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic characteristics of GRA2405 inhaled powder in participants with COPD.
