Primary objective: To evaluate the pharmacokinetics of single-dose and multiple-dose of HD118 tablets at three dose levels (200 mg, 400 mg and 600 mg) and a medium dose (400 mg/day) for 7 consecutive days in healthy subjects. Secondary objective: To evaluate the safety characteristics of single-dose and multiple-dose of HD118 tablets at three dose levels (200 mg, 400 mg and 600 mg) and a medium dose (400 mg/day) for 7 consecutive days in healthy subjects.
