[Translation] Pharmacokinetics, safety and tolerability of KEM2102 after single/multiple administration in Chinese healthy volunteers
主要目的:评估和对比KEM2102与对照药双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂在中国健康受试者中单次及多次给药药代动力学(PK)特征。
次要目的:评估和对比KEM2102与对照药双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂在中国健康受试者中单次/多次给药的黏附性、皮肤刺激性以及安全性和耐受性。
[Translation] Primary objective: To evaluate and compare the pharmacokinetic (PK) characteristics of KEM2102 and the control drug diclofenac diethylamine emulsion after single and repeated administration in healthy Chinese subjects.
Secondary objective: To evaluate and compare the adhesion, skin irritation, safety and tolerability of KEM2102 and the control drug diclofenac diethylamine emulsion after single/multiple administration in healthy Chinese subjects.

多次给药:
主要目的:评估和对比KEM2102与对照药双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂在中国健康受试者中多次给药药代动力学(PK)特征;
次要目的:评估和对比KEM2102与对照药双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂在中国健康受试者中多次给药的黏附性、皮肤刺激性以及安全性和耐受性。
