A HPLC method for the determination of lomefloxacin aspartate was established.The anal. was performed on Agilent TC-C₁₈ column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm).The mobile phase was composed of citric acid (0.05 mol/L)-Me cyanides (82: 18) (adjusted to pH 4.0 with Triethylamine) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was 288 nm.The linear ranges of lomefloxacin aspartate was 13.59-67.93 μg/mL, r=1.000.The average recovery was 100.04%, RSD=1.53% (n=9).This method is accurate, convenient and specific.It can be used for the determination of lomefloxacin aspartate and sodium chloride injection.

A RP-HPLC method used to determination lomefloxacin aspartate and its injection was established.The Spherisorb C₁₈ column was used, sodium benzoate as internal standard, and mobile phase of 0.05 mmol/L citric acid- acetonitrile (80:20) adjusted to pH 4.0 with triethylamine, flow rate of 1.0 mL/min., and detection wavelength was 258 nm.Linear relationship was good in the range of 0.05-0.3 g/L, γ = 1.0000, the recovery was 99.4% and RSD = 0.4%.
