CMS-203

To evaluate the safety and tolerability of single and multiple oral administration of CMS203 tablets in healthy adult male subjects under fasting conditions; to evaluate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of single and multiple oral escalating doses of CMS203 tablets in healthy adult male subjects; and to evaluate the effect of food on the pharmacokinetics of a single oral administration of CMS203 tablets in healthy adult male subjects.

Primary objective: To preliminarily evaluate the efficacy and safety of different doses of CMS203 tablets in the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED).
