Amlodipine Besilate/Losartan Potassium

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of amlodipine besylate and losartan potassium tablets (5mg/50mg & 5mg/100mg) in the treatment of primary mild to moderate hypertension using 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM).

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of amlodipine besylate and losartan potassium tablets (5mg/50mg) and amlodipine besylate and losartan potassium tablets (5mg/100mg) in patients with primary mild to moderate hypertension whose blood pressure cannot be effectively controlled by amlodipine besylate tablets (5mg) alone for 4 weeks.
