Main objectives: (1) To quantitatively analyze the total radioactivity in the excreta of healthy subjects after oral administration of [14C]tyninade, and to obtain the human radioactivity recovery rate and the main excretion pathway; (2) To quantitatively analyze the total radioactivity in whole blood and plasma of subjects after a single oral administration of [14C]tyninade, to obtain the pharmacokinetic parameters of total radioactivity in plasma, and to investigate the distribution of total radioactivity in whole blood and plasma; (3) To obtain the radioactive metabolite profile of human plasma, urine and feces after oral administration of [14C]tyninade, to identify the main metabolites, and to determine the metabolic pathways and elimination pathways.

Primary objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Taininade tablets in Chinese subjects with hyperuricemia with or without gout attacks.
