Primary objective: To evaluate the tolerability and safety of single/multiple nasal administration of ZD526 nasal spray in healthy Chinese adult participants at different dosages, and to provide a basis for the design of dosing regimens for subsequent clinical studies. Secondary objective: To study the systemic pharmacokinetic (PK) characteristics of single/multiple nasal administration of ZD526 nasal spray in healthy Chinese adult participants at different dosages.
