HJ-891

To evaluate the anti-tumor efficacy of HJ891 in non-small cell lung cancer

1) To quantitatively analyze the total radioactivity in excreta (urine and feces) after oral administration of [14C]HJ891 in healthy male subjects and determine the cumulative excretion rate and major excretion pathways of radioactivity in humans; 2) To investigate the distribution of total radioactivity in whole blood and plasma and the pharmacokinetics of total radioactivity in whole blood and plasma following a single oral administration of [14C]HJ891 in healthy male subjects; 3) To identify the major metabolites of [14C]HJ891 in the human body and determine the major biotransformation pathways and structures of the major metabolites.
