主要研究目的：探索注射用海参糖胺聚糖改善急性缺血性脑卒中瘀血阻络证mRS评分的有效性。次要研究目的：在急性缺血性脑卒中患者中评估给予注射用海参糖胺聚糖是否可以改善神经功能缺损，改善日常生活活动能力，降低卒中复发率。

The main purpose of the study is to explore the effectiveness of sea cucumber glycosaminoglycan injection in improving the mRS score of blood stasis and obstruction syndrome in acute ischemic stroke. The secondary purpose of the study is to evaluate whether sea cucumber glycosaminoglycan injection can improve neurological deficits, improve daily living activities, and reduce stroke recurrence rate in patients with acute ischemic stroke.
