Liraglutide biosimilar(Wanbang Biopharmaceuticals)

Primary objective: To compare the similarity of efficacy between liraglutide injection and Victoza® in the treatment of type 2 diabetes Secondary objective: To compare the safety, tolerability and immunogenicity of liraglutide injection and Victoza® in the treatment of type 2 diabetes. To compare the PK similarity of liraglutide injection and Victoza® after multiple administration in patients with type 2 diabetes.

Primary objective: To evaluate the pharmacokinetic (PK) similarity between domestic liraglutide injection (hereinafter referred to as liraglutide injection) and original liraglutide injection (trade name: Victoza®, hereinafter referred to as Victoza®) injected subcutaneously in healthy subjects. Secondary objective: To evaluate the safety of subcutaneous injection of liraglutide injection or Victoza® in healthy subjects; Exploratory objective: To evaluate the immunogenicity of subcutaneous injection of liraglutide injection or Victoza® in healthy subjects.
