Clinical Trials associated with Zeller Entspannung film coated tabletA Multicenter, Randomized, Open-Label, Phase II/III Clinical Trial Evaluating the Efficacy and Safety of a Fixed Combination of Ketorolac / Pitofenone / Fenpiverinium Compared to Active Control in Patients With Pain After Surgical Abdominal and Pelvic Operations
Neospastil (ketorolac tromethamine / pitofenone hydrochloride / fenpiverinium bromide fixed-dose combination) in a form of solution for injections and film-coated tablets has been studied as a treatment for pain after surgical abdominal and pelvic operations. The aim of the study was to test the hypothesis that Neospastil was non-inferior (phase II) and superior (phase III) than ketorolac tromethamine monotherapy due to the additional relaxing effect of pitofenone and fenpiverinium on the smooth muscles of internal organs. The study also aimed to show that Neospastil is safe and well-tolerated in people who have pain after surgical abdominal and pelvic operations. Study treatment was initiated with parenteral form of study drug (first 24 hours) and then switched to oral formulation. This trial was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles of Good Clinical Practice and International Council for Harmonization (ICH) Harmonized Tripartite Guidelines.

This is a first exploration of GLPG3970 in subjects with active systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) to evaluate the effect on disease biomarkers and to determine its pharmacokinetics (PK) profile, safety and tolerability, and pharmacodynamics (PD) biomarkers related to the investigational product (IP) mechanism of action and the pathophysiology of SLE.
A Phase IV, Randomised, Placebo Controlled Study to Investigate the Effects of Zeller Entspannung Film Coated Tablets on Cortisol Responses in Healthy Volunteers With Acute Stress
The objective of the STRESS trial is to investigate in a mode of action setting the effect of Zeller Entspannung film coated tablets on saliva cortisol response versus Placebo after acute stress in healthy male volunteers. In addition, data on safety and tolerability of Zeller Entspannung will be obtained.
A third arm including no treatment is tested as well. Approximately 72 healthy volunteers will be included into this randomized, double blind study. Study duration will be 7 days, study medication intake will be over 4 days: participants will take the medication one tablet three times a day (morning, midday, evening) the first 3 days, whereas on day 4 only two tablets will be taken (morning and midday).
