Main purpose: The safety and tolerability of HZ012 injection developed by Zhejiang Heze Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. were investigated by single subcutaneous injection in healthy people and overweight or obese people with metabolic syndrome, so as to provide a reference for the selection of doses in subsequent clinical trials. Secondary purpose: The pharmacokinetic characteristics of HZ012 injection after single administration in healthy people and overweight or obese people with metabolic syndrome. Exploratory purpose: Preliminary investigation of the changes in fasting blood glucose, fasting blood lipids, fasting insulin and C-peptide after a single subcutaneous injection of HZ012 injection in healthy people, overweight or obese people with metabolic syndrome.
