LOS ANGELES & SAN MATEO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Capricor, Inc. and Nile Therapeutics, Inc. (NLTX) today announced the completion of the previously announced merger pursuant to which, among other things, Capricor has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nile in an all-stock transaction. Common stock in the combined company, Capricor Therapeutics, Inc., will begin trading today on the OTC Markets under the symbol “NLTXD.” The stock will begin trading under the symbol “CAPR” starting December 20, 2013.
