Foti, Jr., Esq. and the law firm of Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC (“KSF”) are investigating the proposed sale of Satsuma Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Satsuma”) (NasdaqGM: STSA) to Shin Nippon Biomedical Laboratories, Ltd. Under the terms of the proposed transaction, shareholders of Satsuma will receive $0.91 in cash, plus one non-tradeable contingent value right (“CVR”) of up to $5.77 per share, for each share of Satsuma that they own.
