NASDAQ Confirms BioSource In Compliance With Listing Requirements

CAMARILLO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 1, 2005--BioSource International, Inc. (Nasdaq:BIOIE) today announced that Nasdaq has informed the Company that effective on Tuesday, July 5, 2005, BioSource common stock will once again trade under its original trading symbol "BIOI." The Company's stock has been trading under the amended symbol "BIOIE" since May 27, 2005, subsequent to the Company receiving a notice of delisting determination due to the delay in filing its periodic report with the SEC on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2005. BioSource filed its 2005 first quarter 10-Q on June 28, 2005, and has received notification from the Nasdaq Office of General Counsel, Listing Qualifications Hearings confirming compliance with SEC filing requirements and all other requirements for continued listing on the Nasdaq National Market. Accordingly, the Company's delisting hearing has been canceled and the hearing be closed.
