Trelleborg Healthcare & Medical hires Novak as project manager

Trelleborg Healthcare & Medical, an expert in engineered polymer solutions for demanding medical, biotech and pharmaceutical applications, hires Max Novak as project manager – strategic initiatives to its Northborough, Massachusetts facility. Novak will work on supporting key vertical integration opportunities and expanding Trelleborg’s global manufacturing blueprint. Daniel Diffenderfer, director of strategic initiatives, Trelleborg Healthcare & Medical, says: “Max brings experience in problem solving in the manufacturing and industrial space, as well as the management of long-term projects. He will be a powerful addition to the team.” Novak worked for Nextern Innovation as a project manager and value stream manager and has a green belt in Lean Six Sigma. He began his career in the Leadership Development Program with Eaton Corporation. Novak has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Ohio State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree with the University of Minnesota Twin Cities.
