Samples were purified with polyamide column chromatog.The HPLC system contained C₁₈ column (ShimPack 6.0 × 150 mm, 5 μm) with methanol-0.2% acetic acid (60:40) as a mobile phase (flow rate = 1.0 mL/min).The calibration curve of icarrin was linear at the range of 0.18-1.80 μg.The average recovery rate was 98.80% (n = 5).The method was convenient, fast and reliable to operate and suitable for the quality control of Qiangyang capsules.

Content determination of main component in sunitinib malate capsules by HPLC

The aim is to establish a method for the content determination of main component in sunitinib malate capsules.HPLC method was adopted.Shimadzu C₁₈ column was used with mobile phase of ammonium acetate buffer(pH 6.8)-acetonitrile(55:45) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1.The detection mavelength was set at 430 nm and column temperature was 35°C.The linear range of sunitinib malate was 5∼25μg·mL^-1(r=0.9997) with an average recovery of 99.65%(RSD=0.66%, n=9).The method is simple, accurate and precise, and it is applicable for the determination of sunitinib malate capsules.

Rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets were preparedThe component composition in core tablets, isolated coating material, enteric coating material and coating weight were explored, and the optimal prescription was determined with dissolution as index.The optimal prescription was characterized by enteric-coated function.Hydroxypropyl cellulose and low substituted cellulose in core tablets were main influencing factors.The tablets with coating weight of 12% or 18% had good acid resistance, which could be used for parenteral administration.A slowdown in dissolution of rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets was observed as the increase in coating weight
