A determination method of forsythin in Shuanghuanglian Tablets by hplc was presented.YMC-Pack ODS-A column (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) was used with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water-acetic acid (25:75:0.1, volume/volume/v) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min; column temperature was 30°; and detection was carried out at 278 nm using external standard method.Forsythin in 0.090 3-0.602 μg showed a good linear relationship (r = 0.999 8), and the average recovery rate was 98.88% with RSD of 0.99%.The method is simple, rapid, accurate, and applicable to determine forsythin content in Shuanghuanglian tablets.

Study on HPLC of determination of three compounds in Shexiangnaomaikang capsules

The paper studied a method for determining three compounds in Shexiangnaomaikang capsules by HPLC.The chromatog. column was C₁₈ column.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water.The determination wavelength was 203 nm.The results showed that the injection amount of ginsenoside Rg₁ and the peak area had good relationship in the range of 2.042-10.21 μg (R = 0.9997, recovery ratio = 101.75%, and RSD = 1.26%).The results showed that the injection amount of ginsenoside Rb₁ and the peak area had good relationship in the range of 1.998-9.99 μg (R = 0.9998, recovery ratio = 98.71%, and RSD = 1.38%).The results showed that the injection amount of notoginsenoside R₁ and the peak area had good relationship in the range of 0.508-2.54 μg (R = 0.9997, recovery ratio = 98.64%, and RSD = 0.92%).The method had the advantages of simple process, high efficiency, and good reproducibility, and can be used for quality control of Shexiangnaomaikang capsules.

HPLC-ELSD method for the determination of astragaloside IV in Longdan Tongluo Capsule was established.YMC-Pack ODS-A column (4.6 mm × l50 mm. D. S-5 μm) was used with mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (35:65, volume/volume), flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, column temperature was 30°C, drift tube temperature of 110°C, the flow rate of carrier gas was 2.5 mL/min.The results showed that linear range of astragaloside IV in 2.032-20.32 μg, the correlation coefficient was 0.99912, the average recovery rate was 98.79%, RSD was 0.96% (n=6).The method was simple, accurate, reproducible, suitable for determination of astragaloside IV in Longdan Tongluo Capsule.
