A series of nanomedicinized formulations of paclitaxel were made using a variety of combinations of process and polymer. Formulations created with phospholipid as the polymer differ in their characteristics based on the process used to produce the nanoparticles. Cyclic voltammetry, size, polydispersity, drug incorporation and zeta potential were used to characterize the nanoparticles created.
