On February 1st, 2020, all Euroclone Diagnostica business activities - including product development, manufacturing and commercialization - were acquired by Clonit srl. Euroclone Diagnostica Srl was a Company fully owned by Euroclone S.p.A, established in January 2013 as a spin-off of the previous Euroclone S.p.A. – Human Diagnostic Division. It operated both at local and international level in the human in-vitro diagnostic market segment and in particular in the area of Molecular Diagnostics, having as its core business the development, production and sale of innovative products.
