Primary Objectives: To evaluate the efficacy of Delgocitinib Cream 20 mg/g applied twice daily compared to cream vehicle in subjects with moderate to severe CHE. Secondary Objectives: To evaluate the efficacy of Delgocitinib Cream 20 mg/g applied twice daily compared to cream vehicle in subjects with moderate to severe CHE and their health-related quality of life. To evaluate the safety of Delgocitinib Cream 20 mg/g applied twice daily compared to cream vehicle in subjects with moderate to severe CHE. To evaluate the long-term safety of Delgocitinib Cream 20 mg/g applied twice daily as needed in subjects with moderate to severe CHE. To evaluate the PK of Delgocitinib Cream 20 mg/g applied twice daily in adult subjects with moderate to severe CHE.

Primary objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of LEO 90100 compared with Defubain® Ointment on the severity and extent of stable plaque psoriasis. Secondary objective: To evaluate the safety of LEO 90100 compared with Defubain® Ointment in the treatment of stable plaque psoriasis.

To investigate the efficacy and safety of betamethasone fusidate cream in the Chinese population. The aim is to demonstrate that betamethasone fusidate cream is non-inferior to the active control (combination of fusidic acid cream and betamethasone cream) and superior to the vehicle of betamethasone fusidate cream. This trial will obtain data on the safety and efficacy of betamethasone fusidate cream in the Chinese population for the treatment of infectious atopic dermatitis/eczema on the trunk and limbs (excluding the face, neck, and head).
