Sawai Group Holdings announces that Trust Pharmatech has completed its succession of Kobayashi Kako’s assets pertaining to production activities and personnel of related divisions. Details Sawai Group established Trust Pharmatech on December 3, 2021, to succeed Kobayashi Kako’s assets pertaining to production activities and personnel of related divisions. As a company of the Sawai Group, Trust Pharmatech will strengthen its compliance system and implement a stringent quality control system while carefully advancing preparations to begin shipment of Sawai Group pharmaceuticals in April 2023. With the construction of the new solid dosage form facility at the Daini Kyushu Factory as well as start of Trust Pharmatech, Sawai Group will realize its goal in the current medium-term plan to establish an in-house production system for 20 billion tablets or more as early as possible. It will continue its efforts to enhance the stable supply capacity and establish a production capacity for 23 billion tablets or more, a long-term vision goal, by fiscal 2030.
