Amino-terminated polyether was synthesized by intermittent autoclave reactor process in the presence of self-made catalyst.The influences of catalyst type, catalyst treatment method, reaction temperature, reaction pressure, hydrogen dosage and ammonia dosage on the production rate of amino-terminated polyether product and the content of primary amino group were discussed.Under the conditions of reaction temperature of 200°C and reaction pressure of 13 MPa, the production rate of amino-terminated polyether product was more than 97%, the molar fraction of primary amino group in the total amino groups was more than 99%, and the amino-terminated polyether product achieved the specifications of foreign congeneric products.

Synthesis of high-resilience PU foams with low-density and flame retardant low-density

High-resilience PU foams with low-d. and flame retardant low-d. were prepared by polyether polyol and flame retardant polymer polyol as basic material.The properties of high-resilience PU foam with low-d. and the effects of dosage of flame retardant polymer polyol TM-300 on performances of the PU foam were discussed.Result shows that the high-resilience PU foam with low-d. about 35 kg/m3 which has the correspondent performances as PU foam with general d. can be obtained; the rigidity and tensile strength of high-resilience PU foam with flame retardant low-d. increase with increasing TM-300 dosage, but the tear strength and elongation reduce; TM-300 can effectively improve the flame retardancy of PU foam, the oxygen index values can reach 32, and each performance is excellent.

Continuous production process of DMC polyether polyols

The continuous production of polyether polyols using bimetal cyanide (DMC) as catalyst was introduced.The influence of the process conditions, initiator, relative mol. mass, etc. on quality of the product is discussed.The result shows that the polyether polyols prepared by continuous process possess excellent performance in 3 L reaction kettle under the reaction temperature of 120 ± 5 °C, reaction pressure of 0.2∼0.5 MPa, feeding rate of 2.5 ± 0.3 kg/h conditions.
