Amino-terminated polyether was synthesized by intermittent autoclave reactor process in the presence of self-made catalyst.The influences of catalyst type, catalyst treatment method, reaction temperature, reaction pressure, hydrogen dosage and ammonia dosage on the production rate of amino-terminated polyether product and the content of primary amino group were discussed.Under the conditions of reaction temperature of 200°C and reaction pressure of 13 MPa, the production rate of amino-terminated polyether product was more than 97%, the molar fraction of primary amino group in the total amino groups was more than 99%, and the amino-terminated polyether product achieved the specifications of foreign congeneric products.
