Comparison of the effective hemostasis rate and safety of dexlansoprazole injection 15 mg q12h and lansoprazole injection 30 mg q12h for 5 days in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding caused by acute gastric and/or duodenal ulcer

To compare the effectiveness of dexlansoprazole for injection (30 mg q12h) and lansoprazole for injection (30 mg q12h) in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding caused by acute gastric and/or duodenal ulcers through 5-day treatment, to determine whether dexlansoprazole for injection (30 mg q12) is non-inferior to lansoprazole for injection (30 mg q12h), and to compare the safety of dexlansoprazole for injection (30 mg q12h) and lansoprazole for injection (30 mg q12h) in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding caused by acute gastric and/or duodenal ulcers.

Using lansoprazole for injection as a control, the effective hemostasis rate and safety of different doses of dexlansoprazole for injection in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding caused by acute gastric and/or duodenal ulcer were evaluated through 5 days of treatment, and the optimal effective dose of dexlansoprazole for injection in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding caused by acute gastric and/or duodenal ulcer was explored.
