JSC "Rusatom Healthcare" (the division of "Health Technologies" accumulating expertise of the State Corporation "Rosatom" in the field of healthcare) bought an additional issue of shares of JSC "Medscan", increasing its share in the capital of the group of companies to 50%. According to the shareholders' agreement, the funds will be invested in the development of the medical holding. This is stated in the message of Rosatom. Rosatom became a shareholder of Medscan JSC in February 2022, having bought 25.001% of shares. Medical institutions of the Medscan Holding offer a full range of high-tech medical care according to the world's advanced protocols. 58 medical centers, 15 laboratories and 422 laboratory medical offices of Medscan Group operate in 30 regions and 97 cities of Russia, including diagnostic centers, laboratories, hospitals with a surgical hospital, multidisciplinary and specialized clinics (including oncological ones), research and development centers. The flagship of the group is the Russian branch of the Hadassah University Hospital (Jerusalem) located in the Moscow International Medical Cluster "Skolkovo". Health Technologies (Rusatom Healthcare JSC) is a division accumulating expertise of Rosatom State Corporation in the field of healthcare.
