The reduction technique of sewage treatment residue of Zhongyuan oilfield are studied.The results showed that: when the ratio of sludge treatment agent and sludge is 2.2:100, sludge volume decreased 34.52%; 22.94% Ca²⁺ of sewage sludge is released, Fe³⁺ and Fe²⁺ is 108.33%; the water type of produced water of the sludge treatment is CaCl₂, and the sewage water can deal with that of Wen 2sewage treatment plant.

The solvent synthesis technol. of rubber vulcanizer DPTT was studied.The results showed that the m.p., yield and appearance of the target product were better when butanone was used as reaction solvent.The micro-excess sulfur was 2.15:1, the oxidation decolorization temperature was 70 °C, the initial m.p. was 113.8 °C, and the yield was 99.75%.
