Yunyan 105 in Xuanwei was used as research material.The effects of different soil improvements including rotation cropping, winter ploughing, deep ploughing, green manure, decayed farm manure and organic fertilizer on soil and quality of tobacco was studied for providing tech. support.The results showed that soil fertility was improved, bulk d. was decreased and total carbon was increased under 6 treatments.Soil comprehensive fertility, total soil porosity, bulk d. and total carbon were much better under decayed farm manure and organic fertilizer treatments than those under other treatments(P<0.05).Fertilizer and soil phys. properties under decayed farm manure and organic fertilizer treatments were increased by 34.69% and 24.49% compared with CK.Winter ploughing, green manure and deep ploughing could significantly decrease soil borne disease and organic fertilizer could significantly improve output value(P<0.05).In all, decayed farm manure and organic fertilizer were much better than other treatments.

[Objective] The aim was to study variation law of tobacco leaf intrinsic quality uniformity in threshing process with different formula, which can provide referenece for realizing homogenization formula threshing by high rack storage.[Method] Selecting tobacco leaf from several places in Fujian Province as raw material, with nicotine content as parameters, through standard deviation and variation coefficient, fluctuation of nicotine content in test group and control group were analyzed.[Result] In test group, using high rack storage automatic control function to realize homogenization formula threshing, the standard deviation and variation coefficient of nicotine content was reduced to 0.07%and 2.53%; in control group, the standard deviation and variation coefficient was reduced to 0.10% and 3.60%; by comparison of standard deviation and variation coefficient in test group and control group, they were decreased 0.03 and 1.07 percentage points.[Conclusion] In threshing and redrying process, homogenization formula threshing can be realized by high rack storage automatic control function, and improve tobacco leaf intrinsic quality uniformity.

In order to continuously improve Wenshan base flue-cured tobacco quality, the appearance quality, phys. properties, chem. composition and sensory quality of C3F grade tobacco during 2019-2021 was analyzed.The results showed that the comprehensive score of appearance quality was higher and higher, phys. properties such as length, width, mass of single leaf was low coefficient of variation and good stability.The total sugar and reducing sugar were relatively high, the ratio of the two sugars was low, the chlorine content was low and the coefficient of variation was large, and the other chem. composition indicators were within the appropriate range.The score of offensive taste decreased year by year, the comprehensive score and sensory quality score of aroma quality and aroma volume increased steadily.In Wenshan samples at different year, the phys. properties and chem. composition was relatively stable, the appearance and sensory quality increased steadily, slightly dominated by chlorine content and its derived quality indicators.
