Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Limited (NSEI:SUNPHARMA) signed a binding letter of intent to acquire remaining 25% stake in Sun Pharma De Mexico S.A. De C.V. from Indi Pharma S.A.P.I. de C.V. for approximately MXN 160 million on September 28, 2023. Sun Pharma De Mexico reported revenue of MXN 389.55 million FY 2022. The transaction is expected to close on October 31, 2023. Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Limited (NSEI:SUNPHARMA) completed the acquisition of remaining 25% stake in Sun Pharma De Mexico S.A. De C.V. from Indi Pharma S.A.P.I. de C.V. on October 31, 2023.
