The paper introduced a method for determining schisandrin A in Cailishenankang oral liquid by HPLC.The determination conditions were as the follows: chromatog. column: ODS C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase: acetonitrile-water (58.3:41.7), detection wavelength: 254 nm, and column temperature: 40°.The linear relationship was in the range of 0.4136-2.0680 μg with r = 0.9999.The average recovery ratio was 99.02%, and the RSD was 1.73% (n = 6).The method was accurate and rapid, and could be used for quality control of schisandrin A in Cailishenankang oral liquid
