The aim is to determine content of tanshinol natrium, salvianolic acid B, cryptotanshinone, tanshinone I, tanshinone II A, ginsenoside Rg1 and ginsenoside Rb1 in Guanxin Danshen Capsules.HPLC was performed on C18 column using acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid(gradient elution) as mobile phase at flow rate of 0.8 m L·min-1.The detection wavelengths were set at 270 nm and 203 nm.The column temperature was 30°C.Tanshinol natrium, salvianolic acid B, cryptotanshinone, tanshinone I, tanshinone II A, ginsenoside Rg1 and ginsenoside Rb1 showed good linearity in the concentration range of 7.1-113.6, 11.7-187.2, 6.6-105.0, 6.9-110.2, 7.3-116.0, 31.2-499.4 and 27.1-433.7μg·m L-1, resp.And their average recovery rates were 99.51%(RSD=0.91%), 97.73%(RSD=1.35%), 97.20%(RSD=0.78%), 98.47%(RSD=0.69%), 99.12%(RSD=0.31%), 96.64%(RSD=0.86%) and 97.98%(RSD=1.02%), resp.The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility, and it can be used for determination of main components in Guanxin Danshen Capsules.
